Spa and Sauna Update

UPDATE: the spa is now open, however the sauna remains closed.

Over the past few months there has been operational disruptions to the Spa and Sauna services at Ripples St Mary’s.

Unfortunately, when we undertook operational repairs on the Spa, the work that was completed resulted in unexpected additional repair work being identified that was required to get the spa back online. We anticipate the spa will be back online within the next couple of days.

Additionally, we have had to close the Sauna as the result of a number of incidents where patrons have poured water and/or essential oils on the electronic heating elements, which has damaged the heater. We are currently investigating repair/replacement options, but do not have an estimated time for these repairs to be completed at this time.

We acknowledge that for members these closures have been unusually lengthy and untimely, and in recognition of members' limited access to these facilities a discount will be applied to all memberships that include access to the Spa and Sauna facilities.

From the next scheduled direct debit, current memberships that include access to the spa and sauna will be reduced by 15% for the remainder of the financial year. Upfront memberships will have an equivalent extension applied to their current membership period.
